TRAINING
SUMMER TRAINING
In between summer showcases and tournaments, the 18U Elite team trains in Brick, NJ. The team also practices indoors at The Ballpark, located in Farmingdale, NJ.
WINTER TRAINING
During the winter months, the team receives strength and agility training by Val Barnaby of E.S.S.A. in Tinton Falls, NJ.

The team also practices batting with live pitching.
