“Be All You Can Be”

 

Central Jersey Force Softball is a comprehensive organization focusing on the development of softball players to help them gain the skills necessary to play and succeed on a collegiate level. As a program, we concentrate on individual field positions and our athletes' strengths by reinforcing hitting and fielding mechanics.  

 

We prepare our athletes in their attempt to earn a college scholarship by participating in the highest level showcases/college coach-attended tournaments. We strive to provide and foster an environment in which every player can reach their full potential, gain positive self-esteem, and build the confidence necessary for their continued success both on and off the field. 

 

The goals of the Central Jersey Force Softball Organization are as follows:

• Equipping our softball players with the skills necessary to play, succeed, and compete at a higher level. 

• Obtain high level standards and expectations from our athletes both on and off the field while promoting an environment where hard work is an essential component to their continued success. 

• Teaching mastery of the mechanics necessary to prepare our athletes and equip them with the mindset to overcome challenges they may face while competing.

• Grow and develop a team of well-respected athletes. 

• Promote our players to colleges and universities fairly and honestly. 

• Guide our athletes to achieve success by equipping and providing them with opportunities, motivation, and a positive team culture. We strive to encourage them to become self-driven and obtain the skills necessary to play on a collegiate level.  

• Encourage our girls to have open lines of communication with the coaches at all times.

• Prepare and support our players in their quest to secure athletic scholarships in higher education. 

• Most of all, we encourage our players to have fun while playing the game they love.
